Donning's Crunchy Cashew Cookies
You will need the following ingredients or a reasonable substitute of your choice: All ovens are not the same so bake accordingly
Ingredients:
2 cups Butter or Margarine
1 cup Emerald Forest Xylitol
3 cups Emerald Forest Erythritol
4 oz Un-sulphered molasses
4 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
2 cups Extra Thick Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Wheat Germ
2 cups Oat Bran Flour
1 cup Flax Seed Meal
4 1/2 cups White Flower
12 oz M&M Baking Bits
12 oz Dark Chocolate Chips
3 cups Cashews Lightly Chopped (optional)
3 cups Walnuts Chopped Fine (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°.
Cream butter, molasses and both sugars; add eggs & vanilla; set aside. Blend oats, wheat germ, oat bran flower, flax seed meal, baking powder, baking soda and salt until thoroughly mixed. Add mixture to flour and mix well; add M&Ms, chocolate chips, and nuts (optional). Spoon or scoop onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool well and enjoy the finest tasting cookie you ever baked.
