Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 eggs
¾ Cup soured milk (either 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice is added to milk and allowed to rest)
2 Tbs melted butter
1 Cup flour
1 Tbs xylitol
1 ½ Tsp baking soda
dash salt
Directions:
Beat eggs well. Add milk and butter. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Cook in griddle or pan. Drop in frozen wild blueberries before turning pancakes.
